We created Our Family Naturopath to serve your family. We want to work with you to get your family feeling better than they ever have. We make good health obtainable by breaking it down into small, manageable goals. We know you will get your best results when you make them slowly over time, with someone to hold you accountable. So we are here, we are studying & researching & we are deeply invested in the health of your whole family.

What to Expect

Before your appointment

So you've booked in? You'll get your appointment reminder via email- which will have an intake form attached via a link. If you fill this out, ideally 24 hours before your consult then our naturopaths can get all prepped to see you. 

If you can get a copy of your most recent blood test results (you can request them by calling up your doctor and asking for a copy to be emailed), then if you can send them through before hand that would be appreciated. 

During your appointment

Surprise! We love talking about every single aspect of your health (and find it very important to get a whole understanding) of what's going on for you. This means talking about things like your poo, your period, erections and urination. It can be a little uncomfortable if you aren't used to it- but we actually tend to forget it's uncomfortable because we talk about it so often. 

We will take your payment at the end of your consult, and recommend a rebooking date (usually sometime between 2-6 weeks later).
