The consult that will get you started on your health journey. It involves an hour of questions directed at you, to figure out the 'what' and 'how' of where your family's health is at the moment. We will work to get to the bottom of how your health got to where it is, so we can work backwards and get you feeling better.

If you have kids, feel free to bring them along.

$180 NZD— 45mins

This type of consult is used to go through testing results & reports, for people who just want a little extra time in appointments, and for up to two family members (once you’re further along in treatment) to receive streamlined care.

$129 NZD— 30mins

The only way to get results is through regular check ins and consistent care. No good results come without consistency, effort & accountability. We get it, you're human and things will fall over occasionally and it's for this reason we always recommend regular appointments to keep you on track and feeling brilliant.

$60 NZD - 15mins

The consult type for current clients who, in between appointments, have come down with something. Whether you want to check in on some cool research you’ve read, or you want us to quickly go through your blood tests- or if you find yourself with a UTI, cold or flu - we’ve got you covered.

A one off appointment where we have a look at your emotional health & wellbeing. This is for the level-up, the ready for moving, shifting & growing crew. This is for the crew that might be feeling a little stuck in an old emotion, and is ready for that to clear.
